One puzzle. Four things to prove.
A correct chain satisfies the board first, then turns every selected value into a single target. Here is the whole idea, without the guesswork.
Keep the corners clear
On Hard and above, selected cells may not touch corner to corner. Once a cell is selected, all four diagonal neighbours are off-limits.
Read the colored regions
Master and Extreme add one more condition: choose exactly one cell from every colored region.

Equal values merge into the next number. Keep combining until every selected cell becomes the target — with nothing left over.
